It’s been great to be able to exercise alongside my two kids & other like-minded mums in the area; as well as be a part of something so positive & inclusive.

Brilliant for bringing the baby along

Brilliant for bringing the baby along

I’ve just completed 8 weeks of Mamafit® HIIT and have lost 10lb already!

Just by doing the 30 minute class along with introducing more healthier choices has made a big difference.

The class is brilliant for bringing the baby along, the teacher Rob was great letting me go at my own pace the was no pressure.

I highly recommend Mamafit®; I can’t wait for my next class!

Brilliant class and a brilliant experience

Brilliant class and a brilliant experience

I have been attending Mamafit® HIIT and I cant recommend it enough! I took both of my girls to the sessions, Sophia who is three and Florence who is 9 months.

You may wonder how I managed to get any of the class done but I knew that the girls were very welcome which put me at ease immediately and the workout lasts 30 minutes so with enough prep I was able to keep them occupied and exercise!

The outdoor class has been great for us all and it became part of my Tuesday routine before taking Sophia to nursery with the convenience of Otterspool adventure centre nearby for a quick visit afterwards.

Overall, a brilliant class and a brilliant experience with Mamafit®.

I was nervous about running but needn’t have worried

I was nervous about running but needn’t have worried

Just finished my first 6 weeks of buggy running and loved it!

I was quite nervous about returning to running post baby but needn’t have worried!

A wonderful start to the week, fresh air, nice company, getting active…and the cafe’s good too!

My little boy has his best nap during the class!

It’s my favourite day of the week!

Effective exercises to ease you back into fitness after pregnancy

Effective exercises to ease you back into fitness after pregnancy

I’ve just taken part in the Mamafit Mother & Baby course and would highly recommend it.

Rob is really knowledgeable and provides you with safe and effective exercises to ease you back into fitness after pregnancy along with healthy eating advice.

It was great to get weekly emails after each session covering the exercises shown in class.

You can also take your little ones along meaning classes are accessible for all Mums without having to find childcare.

I’m looking forward to attending more sessions in future.

I’m not a runner but joined Mamafit to feel more like me

I’m not a runner but joined Mamafit to feel more like me

Really enjoyed my first class & have signed up for more!

I’m not a runner but joined Mamafit to get me feeling more like me and so I had a better chance of catching the siblings when they attempt a runner…

I’ve really enjoyed my first 6 weeks and feel so much fitter for it already.

The baby loves it too and has slept whilst we’ve been walking/jogging/running etc.

The coach is fab, the sessions are challenging but achievable.

I would definitely recommend to anybody.
